Freedom…ka?

I'm shopping at Paragon's Marketplace and found these Barn Laid Eggs. Eggcited! I have to blog immediately. Layer Hens for Barn Laid eggs are kept indoors - in barns, hence the name - but not in cages per the usual practice. The hens are given free movement around the barn. Although I really don't know (and may never know) how much space they actually get and how ethical this form of egg farming is, I believe it's gotta be better than caging up the hens! They only cost a little bit more at S$2.90 for 6 eggs! They are by Singapore's Chew's Agriculture. So the local egg farms are finally doing something, or am I finally catching up?
