This is a combined entry for the last 2 checkups. The doctor did try to take clearer pictures the second time round but well, let’s just say he’s a doctor and not a photographer for a reason. The mother is visibly more excited already! Harhar! Good sign!
Behind in yellow is Phoebe's dad, getting us some Milo.
Phoebe, we cannot wait for your arrival! Actually, we can, because we want you to come out only when you are ready. Hee… You are gonna be so loved by your parents, soooo loved it’s gonna be amazing.
I hope that for most of your life, you will be happy and cheerful like Aunty Pixie and Aunty Moon, let them sprinkle you with their optimism. But for sure there will be times when you feel morose or scared, even lonely or depressed… because all these emotions come with being a human. But it’s ok :) It will always be ok. Because you see, there are so many of us magical Aunties, each with a different (maybe some similar) function, and alongside your dad and mom, we will be there for you. Whether you need a confidante, a teacher, a partner-in-crime, a doormat… you will find that at least one of us can play the role. *cough* We’re quite into role-playing. *cough*
Ahhh… But charming as you will be, I think you’ll find other wonderful people to fill these roles in your life, and that is really the greater blessing. And as your magical Aunties, we will be contented to just flying around in the background, doing what magical Aunties do, which is to fly around in the background and eat cake all day long. And get fat.
Yes, you can brag about our flying if you want.
