Wei wanted to get a tan before flying off so, off we went! To Felicia's pool on Monday. Her place is so tranquil and made to resemble a resort. Convenient location too.
I also want to stay there.
We bitched and caught up over magazines and Cheezels by the beautiful pool. When we were sufficiently fried, we made our way over the the Hot + Cold Spa.
It had two separate pools with strong jets of water that massaged. Wei preferred the Warm Spa while i enjoyed the Cold Spa. We were blissfully blasting away cellulite when a cleaner uncle came up to me and warned me that there is a nest of snakes near the Warm Spa (where Wei was frolicking in). I informed Wei and we scrambled out ASAP.
How to relax in the Spa after hearing that ?!!!!!!!
Wei decided to try out the Rainforest Shower. It's some gimmicky thing that sprays jets of water on your body while you lie chest-down on the 'bed'. The last minute would consist of a fine mist.
We trooped over to shower and as you can see, we had fun scrubbing each other's backs. Naked. Or not. Hurhurhur.
To end a good day off, we made our way down to Wheelock Place for sushi. Thanks Wei for introducing new Japanese dishes to me!
