Hello Children!
Wei asked me to blog but my mind’s a blank.
Saw on my NHK friend, Eelynn’s blog that she has had a ‘dose of home’ cos two of her friends visited her in Seoul and I’m so envious! But it seems like I’ve had somewhat of a ‘dose of home’ this week too! And home is definitely where I can revel in all my wagamama-ness! I love it! Plus, it comes across as being funny, not really wagamama, y’know?
I read Weiyin’s blog as Wei asked me to and I totally empathized with her ‘bubble thing’. Seriously, I think most of us can. Not only me-who-is-abroad but the whole gin gang… if you are exclusively privileged to read her blog, then go take a look at it!
Ok, for the real ‘dose of home’, my friend Nicole (from the Nagoya TV days) will be flying in to London on Saturday. Yay! And I’ll be with her until Monday… and we can sight see and shop and bitch about people! Yay!!!
And now I’m talking about all these boring day to day things… yawnz…
Inspired only by the first gust of snow that swirled in four long days ago, I wrote this that is neither a blog nor a poem. What do you call this anyway?
(Looks like something you get at the beginning of every chapter in Zhang Xiao Xian’s novels… maybe I can make a career out of it.)
这年冬天的初雪就这样
在我孤守窗前的时候,来了,走了。
像我心里的那扇窗口一样,开了,关了。
难不成你以为它永远都会为你开着吗?
任性的我的世界里,
任何东西都可以随我挂上期限的。
Maybe can write into a song.
By the way, it’s not snowing anymore.
Damn gian the snow so took pictures of it from my room window.
Then later some of them came over and we went outside to take pictures with it.
This Christmas dinner organised by the Singsoc took place 2 weeks ago and Jasmine here accompanied me on the piano while I sang.
This gal is Xiuli and there's something about her camera that makes me look onz! Hurhurhur! Which is the whole purpose of this photo... that I think it's an onz form pic!
